Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, technical roofing sales expertise, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Analyze roofing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships. * Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain market position. * Travel in the Central Texas region to conduct meetings with clients and build relationships.
