Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Executive / Director position include: * 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and operations, with a strong network and industry reputation * Ability to bring a substantial book of business (commercial contracts, national accounts, etc.) * Proven track record of growing revenue through subcontractor management and strategic partnerships * Oversight of commercial HVAC sales, operations, and project delivery across regional markets * Comfortable working in a flexible, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment * Experience subcontracting work to smaller crews while maintaining project quality and deadlines * Ability to communicate effectively with executives and clients, representing the company's capabilities with professionalism * Strong understanding of full construction lifecycle - sales through project closeout Salary: $100,000 - $300,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and book of business.
