Location/Org Data : Logo: Job Summary: * Feralloy's Kentucky location is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time salaried role requires strong administrative, decision-making, and communication skills, along with knowledge of steel applications and market conditions. Creativity and multitasking are essential. Physical Requirements: Walk(Move, Traverse), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information) Function in the Job: Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive service and accurate order fulfillment. * Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads via phone and email. * Provide quotes, process orders, and communicate effectively regarding material applications and delivery timelines. * Research prospective leads, identify customer buying trends, and report findings to management on a weekly/monthly basis. * Maintain and update CRM records with lead, prospect, and opportunity information. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. * Support the Service Manager with additional duties as assigned. Required Skills: * * 3 years experience in a Business/Sales environment. * 1-3 years of sales experience preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Experience with Salesforce and/or AS400 is a plus. * Sheet Metal: 1 year * Customer Service: 3 years
