Job Summary We are seeking motivated and personable Entry Level Client Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in customer service and sales, while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and capable of building positive relationships with customers in-person. As an Entry Level Client Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping to understand their needs and present tailored solutions to meet their goals. Responsibilities * Engage with potential and existing customers face-to-face to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service information * Assist customers through the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively * Promote company offerings through clear communication and active listening * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client experience * Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce * This position involves face-to-face sales to customers Requirements * Strong customer interaction skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information or procedures * Positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients solve problems * Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required This position provides an entry point into the sales industry, offering opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
