Sales Representative (Commission Only) SurveyShield AL Consulting, LLC Remote | Flexible Schedule | Performance-Based Job Summary SurveyShield AL Consulting is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to support our growing compliance consulting services for assisted living and healthcare providers. This is a commission-only sales role focused on generating and closing new business through consultative conversations with healthcare administrators and operators. Guided by SurveyShield's S.H.I.E.L.D. core values , this role is ideal for motivated, coachable individuals looking to break into healthcare or B2B sales while earning uncapped commission. Training, scripts, and support are provided. Success in this role is driven by effort, integrity, and results, not tenure or hours worked. Key Responsibilities * Generate and close new sales for SurveyShield's healthcare compliance consulting services. * Proactively contact assisted living providers and healthcare organizations via phone, email, and virtual meetings. * Conduct needs-based sales conversations focused on regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and risk mitigation. * Educate prospective clients on the value of proactive compliance support. * Present SurveyShield's services clearly and professionally. * Follow up consistently with leads and manage your sales pipeline. * Accurately document sales activity and client interactions using provided tools. * Uphold SurveyShield's S.H.I.E.L.D. core values in all client communications. * Meet or exceed individual sales performance expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications * Interest in sales, business development, or healthcare services. * Comfort working in a commission-only compensation structure. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to speak confidently with business owners, administrators, and decision-makers. * Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability. * Basic computer and technology proficiency. * Prior sales, customer service, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
