Job Description Outbound Phone Sales Representative - Commercial, Janitorial and landscaping Services Hourly Pay: $20 - $23 per hour DOE + 2% Commission per Closed Contract Employment Type: Full-Time -OR- Part Time / Non-Exempt Location: Southern California (Office-Based San Diego) About the Opportunity Sea Crest Facilities Services, we are a growing company seeking motivated, tech-savvy Outbound Phone Sales Representatives to support our business development efforts through outbound prospecting. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, comfortable using software, AI tools, CRMs, and sales platforms, and who enjoy engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process from first contact through contract handoff. We offer janitorial and commercial cleaning/porter services within SD/IE/OC/LA and landscaping services in the OC region. You will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and dispatching a Manager to meet with prospective clients to finalize pricing and close the deal. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective commercial clients using company-provided lead lists and CRM systems. * Qualify prospects by identifying service needs, timelines, and decision-makers. * Schedule and dispatch Managers to meet with qualified prospects for on-site evaluations and final deal closing. * Accurately enter, track, and manage lead activity within CRM and sales software platforms. * Assist Managers with proposal preparation , documentation, and follow-up communications as needed. * Maintain professional, compliant, and courteous phone communications at all times. * Collaborate closely with management to support pipeline growth and contract conversions. * Meet established outbound call, appointment-setting, and administrative support expectations. Important Role Clarification * Pricing decisions, final negotiations, and contract execution are handled exclusively by Management. * The Sales Representative supports the sales process through prospecting, qualification, coordination, and documentation. * Commission eligibility applies only to contracts closed from qualified leads sourced and documented by the Sales Representative. Qualifications - REQUIRED * Strong proficiency with computers, CRMs, sales software, and AI-assisted tools. * Confident phone presence with clear and professional communication skills. * Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. * Reliable attendance and timekeeping. * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. * Must successfully pass a background check upon offer.
