No prior sales experience is necessary, we will train you. This is a fantastic job for candidates with previous auto sales, customer service or hospitality experience (servers, bartenders, CSR, sales associates, etc). The role could evolve into a FT role based on performance. This new hire, once trained, will be given retail leads, and it is your job to secure orders from these customers. Leads come online, through phone calls, and walk-ins to our showroom. We have the top-rated golf cart in the USA so if you bring a strong work ethic and positive outlook to the position, the sales will start flowing in! If you are a relationship-focused person that enjoys feeling accomplished, this is the role for you! If you don't enjoy having fun at work while celebrating your successes with your teammates, this is not the job for you! We sell fun and we have fun doing it! Work hard - play hard! To be successful in this position at Bintelli, you must be: * A strong team player * Able to take sales coaching * Drama free * Thick-skinned * A people person * Organized * Driven to close deals We are willing to train and are really looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Dedication towards customer satisfaction is a must. You will be responsible for working five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. You will be given an hourly wage along with earning commission for each sale you complete. The one thing we will not tolerate is drama or "me first" attitudes. We work as a team and we all benefit from it. You will be provided leads, you'll be able to sell to walk ins, and if you choose, you can acquire your own leads by going out into the community to promote your products.
