Executive Assistant to CEO -- NEXT Global Capital (Holladay, UT | In-Person) Are you the kind of person who thrives on challenge, purpose, and possibility? Fox , is looking for an Executive Assistant to partner directly with him across multiple high-impact ventures. From breakthrough innovations like Male Birth Control and Drone Defense Systems to non-profits such as Oasis Academy for gifted orphans, our mission is bold: build companies and causes that shape a better world. This isn't your standard 9-5 role, it's a front-row seat to high-stakes entrepreneurship, where no two days are the same. You'll help drive relationships, keep projects moving, and ensure scalable success. What You 'll Do: 1. Relationship Management * Join calls and meetings to capture detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups. * Manage connections and commitments using CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and project tracking tools. * Ensure every introduction, conversation, and opportunity moves through a pipeline to value creation represent L.R. Fox and NEXT Global Capital with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. 2. Project Management & Operations * Maintain a live, evolving priority list across multiple global ventures and initiatives. * Coordinate between business partners, portfolio companies, and non-profit teams. * Keep operations on track, from scheduling to travel, logistics, and execution. * Handle personal assistant tasks as needed to support Fox's productivity and focus. You 'll Thrive Here If You Are: * Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Energized by a fast-moving, high-impact environment * Personable and poised, comfortable representing a visionary leader * Flexible and all-in, willing to travel and pivot rapidly and with short notice * Tech-savvy with CRM or project management tools * Former work experience in sales, marketing, or assistant is preferred * Driven by purpose, mission, and excellence The Details: * Location: Holladay, UT - fully in-person in Holladay and as-needed with frequent local and global travel * Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with flexibility as needed for extended hours, weekends, and travel) * Unlimited PTO * Compensation: $50,000-$100,000 salary range, equity across high-growth companies * Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance with majority of costs coved by NEXT About NEXT Global Capital: NEXT Global Capital is L.R.
