If you've sold roofing, solar, fiber, alarms, pest control, or other outside sales products, this role will feel familiar -- with higher earning potential and real support behind you. What You 'll Do * Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods throughout Central Texas * Generate and manage qualified leads * Educate homeowners on roof damage and the insurance claim process * Perform roof inspections and meet with insurance adjusters when needed * Close deals and manage your sales pipeline * Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions What You 'll Earn * $75,000 -$250,000+ annual earning potential (commission-based, 1099 role) * Uncapped commissions -- you control your income * Hands-on training and daily support * Flexible schedule * Clear opportunities for top performers to increase volume and grow into leadership What We 're Looking For * 1+ year of roofing or outside sales experience , or experience in a similar industry such as solar, fiber, pest control, alarms, or other door-to-door sales * Experience with insurance-based or storm-related sales is a plus * Strong communicator with a competitive, self-motivated mindset * Reliable vehicle and smartphone * Hungry to win, coachable, and professional Don't have roofing experience specifically but have a strong sales background in a related industry?
