Full description of the position

If so, ProFast Supply is looking to expand its sales team in our Melbourne, Florida location! As an Inside Sales Representative in Training, you'll begin your career in sales by learning how to connect with customers, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities. Through hands-on coaching and training, you'll gain the skills and confidence needed to grow into a successful sales professional while simultaneously playing a key role in helping our customers and our company succeed. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by learning how to identify new opportunities, assist with lead generation, and strengthen existing customer relationships. This role will focus on developing product knowledge, mastering sales processes, and building a foundation for future advancement into a full sales role. Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers * Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers * Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers * Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales * Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales * Collaborating with Management to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing skills * Researching competitor's products and pricing as well as market conditions * Conduct Onsite Sales and Service in Company supplied merchandised Van * Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales Sales Representative Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications * Strong interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational skills * Effective communication and negotiation skills * Detail-oriented * Ability to lift 50lbs as well as load and unload product on occasion Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
