Hardwood Lumber Sales- Hardwood Lumber Products, Decking, Flooring and building products Inside Sales Representative Well-established lumber company seeks an individual for inside sales. We specialize in exotic hardwood decking as well as hardwood lumber and flooring.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining sales of decking, decking fasteners/accessories, and hardwood lumber/flooring. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00, and alternating Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities

:

• Learn and master the company's products and operational procedures
• Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone
• Learn competition to enhance your sales success
• Proactively create opportunities for new business
• Make warm and cold calls to create new sales and identify and pursue up-sell opportunities
• Build relationships to foster repeat business
• Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction Job
