POSITION DESCRIPTION Job Title: Direct Sales Representative Date: 10/29/25 Department: Strategic Development POSITION SUMMARY To assist the senior leadership in expanding the brand of Sony DADC. Aggressively seeking out new products and markets while attracting new potential customers. Promoting the capabilities and services of Sony DADC within new industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Actively engaging with potential customers to promote services and capabilities often through face-to-face interaction. * Create a sales strategy to meet or exceed the goals agreed upon, including but not limited to identifying target markets. * Thorough knowledge of our services and capabilities. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals. * Submit regular (monthly) sales reporting detailing performance metrics, open projects, and sales activities. * Provide excellent customer service during the onboarding and transition of customers. * Working with business partners to ensure service offerings and products are approved and routed within established procedures. * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION * 2-4 Year Degree in a related field. (Marketing, Sales, or Equivalent Experience) * 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment * Proven experience in direct sales or similar role * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to achieve results * Ability to analyze proposals and effectively present information * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and draw from non-direct reports * Proficient with Microsoft Office suite * Represents the company in a professional manner RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS Internal: Reports to: Senior Vice President DISCLAIMER The above statements are intended to describe the essential elements, general nature, and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
