JOB SUMMARY: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic growth opportunities that expand the company's customer base and market presence. This role blends sales strategy, relationship management, and market intelligence to drive new business and long-term partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2+ Years B2B Sales and/or Marketing Experience Other: * Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. * Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and high degree of professionalism ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTONS: * Prospect & Acquire New Clients: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, and strategic outreach. * Develop Growth Strategies: Design and execute go-to-market plans that align with company goals and revenue targets. * Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and industry partners to foster repeat business and long-term loyalty. * Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities. * Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new market segments and emerging opportunities. * Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. * Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales and business development KPIs. * Representation: Strategically plan events and attend other networking events to promote the company's services.
