Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call center team. This role involves engaging with clients via phone, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Bilingual and multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Duties * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls * Provide outstanding customer support and client services , addressing questions, concerns, and requests * Assist customers with account information, billing issues, and service troubleshooting * Conduct data entry accurately into company systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software * Promote products or services through friendly sales techniques when appropriate * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions * Submit applications, daily data entry and admin responsibilities. * Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve complex issues efficiently Requirements * Previous experience in a call center , customer service , or related role is preferred * Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus * Proficiency in data entry, and basic computer skills * Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience * Be able assess customer needs quickly and accurately * Experience with outbound calling is also a plus * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Join our team to deliver exceptional service that makes a difference for our clients!
