What You'll Do: Fuel territory growth by partnering with your Territory Account Manager to identify and engage new business opportunities through daily field activity (minimum 10 in-person visits, 5 calls, 5 emails) and strategic follow-ups. Deliver value-driven solutions including planned maintenance agreements, service contracts, repair estimates, parts, and rental equipment tailored to each client's needs . Collaborate and strategize in bi- monthly team meetings to align on goals, share insights, and drive performance. Stay sharp and informed on evolving industry trends, product innovations, and customer pain points. What You Bring: Excellent communication and active listening skills - A self- starter mindset with energy, resilience, and a competitive edge.
