Your Role: As an In-Store Lead Generator, you'll be the face of Jacuzzi products and services inside major retail locations and at local events. Your mission? Create excitement, build trust, and generate high-quality leads for our design and installation team. You're not just handing out flyers -- you're sparking interest in home transformation! What You'll Do: Engage customers with a friendly, confident presence Educate shoppers on Jacuzzi bath remodeling solutions Collect lead information for our design consultants Maintain a clean, eye-catching booth display Build rapport with store staff to ensure long-term success Crush performance goals and enjoy the rewards What You Bring: Prior experience in face-to-face sales, promotions, or field marketing Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills Availability Thurs-Sun (weekends are prime time!)
