Business Development Manager - N. VA Join a fast-growing commercial cleaning company recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. We're expanding across the Mid-Atlantic and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth and build high-performing sales teams. * Business Development*Manager Benefits and Compensation: * Competitive base salary ($100,000 - $150,000 based on experience) with uncapped commission earning potential * Car mileage reimbursement for extensive travel (75%+ driving required) * Healthcare benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision * Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays * 401(k) with company match * Career growth opportunities with a high-energy, scaling company * Business Development*Manager Requirements & Qualifications: * 5+ years of B2B JANITORIAL sales experience * Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is REQUIRED, preferably from a larger company * Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics) * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Sales Managers, generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships * Business Development*Manager Preferred Background & Skills: * Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot * Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully * Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills * Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
