Inside Sales (Primary Role) - Marketing Director Location: Sarasota, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time in the Sarasota office Compensation: Base salary is $50,000, plus commission of 30,000 to $75,000+ annually, plus benefits. At the goal, total annual compensation would be $100,000+. The Opportunity We are seeking a inside sales professional with a min of 3 years sales skills and expereince. Social Media, Events & Inside Sales Coordinator to support the next stage of Forefront's growth. This person will work directly with the Founder & CEO and play an integral role in: - Social Media Messaging & Brand Presence - Content Strategy, Reels, and Storytelling - Digital & In-Person Event Coordination - CRM & Funnel Optimization - Inside Sales Follow-Up and Engagement - Supporting High-Ticket Membership Conversion This role blends creative social media production with structured inside sales and CRM-driven follow-up. This is not a call-center or volume-sales role. It is a strategic relationship development with highly successful, thoughtful, discerning individuals who expect professionalism and quality. Key Responsibilities * Event Planning : Organize and coordinate corporate and client-facing events from concept to execution, ensuring seamless management of all details. * Inside Sales Support : Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to support the sales team. * Social Media Management : Develop and manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and monitor platform interactions. * CRM Management : Work with the sales team to coordinate weekly and monthly reports to management. Hubspot * SEO & Online Optimization: Enhance search engine rankings through keyword optimization, analytics tracking, and strategic website updates. * Online Reputation Management : Monitor and manage reviews, comments, and brand presence online to ensure a positive digital footprint. * Analytics & Reporting: To guide strategy and provide regular reports on social media engagement, SEO metrics, and campaign performance. * Qualifications * Inside sales is the core job. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. * A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, SEO, event planning, and/or inside sales. * Proven expertise in creating content and managing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. * Strong analytical skills with experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Meta. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. What You Will Do Inside Sales: - Engage prospective members who inquire via web, phone, or referral. - Manage and optimize the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship progression. - Support the Founder & Physician team with preparation for consults and strategic outreach. - Track lead conversion and top-of-funnel performance analytics. Social Media & Content: - Develop, produce, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. - Create short-form video content (Reels/Instagram/Shorts) that conveys our philosophy, culture, and results. - Coordinate with external marketing partners and vendors. Events & Community Engagement: - Plan and coordinate intimate, high-end educational and wellness events, dinners, and experiences. - Partner with local community leaders, aligned wellness experts, and referral partners. Work Environment This position is based in the office, five days a week. The role requires collaboration with various team members and departments to align online strategies with company objectives.
