PHC Sales Arborist Tree Service Express, Inc. is a family owned and operated, TCIA Accredited, and ISA Certified Arborist company serving Florida's Space Coast since 2009. As we continue to grow our Plant Health Care division, we are looking to add a PHC Sales Arborist to support both treatment delivery and sales growth. Position Overview This role blends field based plant health care work with client facing sales. The PHC Sales Arborist will inspect trees and palms, diagnose issues, recommend treatment plans, and close PHC work with residential and commercial customers. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with clients, and growing a book of business. Compensation can be structured as salary or salary plus commission, based on experience and performance. What You Will Do * Consult with customers to assess tree and palm health * Diagnose insect, disease, and nutrient issues * Recommend and sell PHC programs including fertilization and treatment plans * Apply PHC treatments when needed * Build long term client relationships through follow ups and education * Work closely with arborists and PHC technicians to deliver quality service * Track sales activity and customer information * Represent the company at local industry or community events What We Are Looking For * Florida Lawn and Ornamental License required * ISA Certified Arborist strongly preferred * PHC or pesticide application experience * Strong communication and customer facing skills * Comfortable selling services and closing work * Organized, self motivated, and dependable * Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation and Benefits * Competitive salary or salary plus commission * Full time, year round work * 401k with company match * Paid vacation and holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Training and support for continued certifications and growth About Us At Tree Service Express, Inc., we take pride in professionalism, safety, and education.
