You are interested in driving sales growth through strategic collaboration with our supplier. You have experience in industrial distribution and are looking for an opportunity to work for a small business owned by a family. Essential Functions: * Create solutions and influence cross-functionally with our supplier and Replenex to achieve at least 5% year over year growth in sales. * Participate in the creation of and deliver objectives in the jointly agreed upon annual business plan. This includes quarterly business reviews and reporting. * Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion to maintain a rolling 12-month opportunity pipeline totaling at least 10% of prior year qualified purchases from our supplier. * Attend sales meetings, training sessions, monthly calls, and promotional activities to ensure thorough knowledge of supplier's products as well as strategies to manage business competition. The Ideal Candidate Brings: * Excellent interpersonal and sales skills. * confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale. * Solid business acumen. *A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required as this position is frequently driving to customer locations. A car allowance is provided.
