About GoldUnion GoldUnion is a fast-growing leader in the precious metals industry. We are expanding our national footprint and are seeking a results-driven Gold Sales Manager to lead our Oxnard Branch. This is a full-time, in-person position based in a modern, professionally designed retail branch. No prior experience in precious metals is required--we provide comprehensive, expert training. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage daily branch operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Drive revenue growth by appraising and purchasing gold, jewelry, and coins * Execute local marketing efforts through flyer and leaflet distribution teams * Recruit and manage brand promoters to increase store visibility * Collaborate with regional leadership and marketing teams to grow your customer base * Perform occasional off-site visits (approximately 5-6 per year) What We Are Looking For * Strong background in sales, retail, or consultative customer service (preferred but not required) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and presentation * Enthusiastic, dependable, and goal-oriented * Passionate about negotiation, leadership, and delivering results * Must be available Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM * Ability to commute to or relocate to Oxnard, CA prior to the start date * Ability to complete a 4-week paid training in Westlake Village/Valencia Compensation and Benefits * Base salary + uncapped commission * Average monthly net pay: $4,600+ * Paid, hands-on training provided by industry experts * Autonomy and leadership within your branch * Career growth opportunities based on performance * Ongoing support from regional managers and national marketing initiatives Language Requirements * Spanish proficiency is a plus Application Process * Virtual interview * In-person interview * Offer and onboarding Apply Today [please apply online] This is an outstanding opportunity to lead, grow, and thrive in a sales-driven leadership role with real earning potential.
