Residential Plumbing Mechanic - Journeyman/Master Oliver Heating & Cooling is a long-standing, reputable company looking for an experienced Journeyman and/or Master Plumber to service the Delaware Valley region. Requirements: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Must be able to install, repair and perform maintenance on all types of residential plumbing systems. * Philadelphia Plumbers License a plus * Must have a valid driver's license. * Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs. * Minimum 5 to 7-years' experience * Sales training a plus. * Must be experienced in the service industry. * Service tech that possesses skills to educate customers on deficiencies found in the home and give options on ways we can help them. Job Duties: * Experienced in sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement. * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications. * Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary. * Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations. * Performs preventative maintenance work as required. * Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade * Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes * Mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components Benefits: * 100% paid premiums on Health Care, Vision, Dental * Prescription coverage * Paid vacation * Paid holidays * Tool allowance * 401K plan with a guaranteed match!
