Licensed P&C - Commercial Insurance Brokerage Operations Manger Rothstein Insurance Services Inc (see [please apply online] is seeking Licensed P&C Commercial Insurance Brokerage Operations Manger to join our successful team. The selected candidate will assist our new & renewal department team to manage and develop new business. Specific Responsibilities * Primarily responsible for managing the New and Renewals team production. You will also assist the team manage the workflow. * Network within the local business community to establish & cultivate reliable referral sources. * Assist with new & renewal business correspondence. * Assist with management of account expiration list to ensure renewals are processed timely. * Ensure the team maintains and updates a transactional filing system for accounts. * Conducts business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company. * Keeps informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives. Qualifications * Experience in Commercial Insurance Brokerage Operations as well as assisting management reach company sales and revenue goals. * Thorough knowledge of commercial & Personal lines coverages and markets. * Experience Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and Outlook. * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Department: Insurance Brokerage Operations Preferred: Property & Casualty License in good standing.
