Position Overview Sales Coordinator Location: Chula Vista Hours: Mon - Friday onsite, 8am - 5pm occasional event overtime Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr depending on industry and years' experience Duration: Temporary to hire, we are looking to expand Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic team recognized nationally as a strong performer. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient operations through meticulous organization and communication. A key player in helping them connect with clients in the athletic and sporting communities, the ideal candidates at this organization enjoy being around competitive athletes! Responsibilities * Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and handling daily operations. * Enter and maintain accurate information within the CRM system. * Manage the calendar of events, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met. * Coordinate both in-person and virtual meetings for the sales team and prospective clients. * Solicit and collect feedback from customers to relay to the sales team. * Process and manage expense reports accurately and efficiently. * Update customer profiles and track necessary changes for contact information. * Generate and provide regular reports for the sales team as needed.
