Territory Account Manager Position Available for MINNESOTA/DAKOTAS Territory Champion Cutting Tool Corp is looking for an experienced & ambitious Territory Sales Account Manager to join our growing business. About Us: Champion Cutting Tool Corp is a leader in supplying industrial quality cutting tool products to the STAFDA, fastener, construction, steel fabrication/welding and industrial markets. Champion is a sixth-generation family business whose culture treats employees as part of the family. Hard work and dedication are appreciated and recognized by management and owners. Our Goals & Expectations: We are seeking to expand our strong team and grow our business through new and existing distribution partners in Minnesota/The Dakotas. The right candidate must * Be a fast learner and open to training * Be intuitive and have the ability to identify opportunities * Have strong people/communication skills (e-mail, phone, Zoom and in person) * Have excellent time management skills * Be focused and disciplined to negotiate and close deals * Be organized and have proficient computer skills (e-mail, Excel, Internet, CRM system) Position Responsibilities: * Become an expert on our product offering and the competitive landscape * Train and educate distributors and end users on Champion tools * Strategically identify organic growth opportunities with existing customers * Have open communication and partner for mutual growth * Planning, forecasting, and analyzing using CRM system * Pursue new accounts and reach key decision makers * Follow-up in a timely manner through the appropriate channel (phone, e-mail or in person) * Use of marketing materials/programs and ability to develop creative promotions to re-enforce goals * Identify e-commerce opportunities * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Champion offers a highly competitive sales compensation and benefits package including: * Base Salary of between $65,000 and $75,000 commensurate with experience * Strong Commission Plan * Annual Target Earnings at Goal will equal between $90,000 to $120,000 based on your percentage to sales goal * 401(K) Retirement Plan including company match. * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Paid vacation * Travel reimbursement Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree * Proficient computer, smartphone, and tablet skills * Flexibility to travel within North America * Valid U.S. Driver's License * Industry experience a plus Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: On the roadChampion Cutting Tool Corp.
