You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping drive company growth through value-based recommendations--not high-pressure sales tactics. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems * Educate customers and present multiple solution options * Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle * Keep truck inventory accurate and up to date * Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately * Participate in the on-call rotation * Maintain a professional appearance and conduct * Attend training and continuing education opportunities Required Skills and Experience * Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience * Strong knowledge of HVAC components and replacement systems * EPA certification required * Clean driving record * Sales mindset with strong communication skills * Willingness to obtain additional certifications (company assistance provided) Why Allegiance We are a family-owned company that believes great teams are built through trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
