Responsibilities * Aid clients in the selection and buying process of their next vehicle * Maintain Customer Satisfaction * Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. * Assist with customer inquiries and administrative duties. * Maintain a professional and organized reception area. * Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred (automotive experience a plus). * Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
