Kanga Roof is growing. We are looking for another Roofing Advisor to add to our team. Our Roofing Advisors are responsible for: * Meeting the client's needs and wants while meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by management's plan. The company depends highly on the Roofing Advisor's ability to convert prospects into satisfied owners of new roofs. * Completing all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. * Conducting daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity, and always display a positive attitude toward fellow team members. Must have a proven successful track record in roofing sales. Must be able to pass a drug screen and back ground check. Kanga Roof will provide uniforms, wrapped truck, gas allowance, laptop, cell phone along with other necessary sales materials. This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential and all leads provided through inbound calls -- no cold calling. We provide the tools, leads, and support -- you bring the drive to succeed.
