The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated self-starter Inside Industrial Sales Person that is detail-oriented, who enjoys the sales process, likes to perform a variety of tasks. Build customer relationships, answer customer questions, and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Picking orders and sourcing products for our industrial & commercial clients. A knowledge of industrial maintenance products beneficial Responsibilities * Help us respond to internal and external customer inquiries on industrial products and equipment, to our largest volume customers * We want you to effectively bid manage the order fulfillment process including preparing quotes, creating invoices, processing card payments, completing vendor purchase orders, and coordinating shipments. * Can you provide excellent customer service to clients to resolve issues? * Coordinate with our delivery time to ensure timely arrival of product to our customers. * Work with our team of associates to respond to customers' needs, maximize the efficiency of office operations, and work towards growth of the company. Qualifications of an Inside Industrial Sales * Preferred background in high volume customer, maintenance, repair, and operations. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized. Able to prioritize, perform multiple tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn, and ask questions to gain knowledge. * Excellent communication skills to respond to customers' inquiries and needs. * Ability to work cooperatively with product manufacturers and vendors to resolve any issues and assure prompt and satisfactory order fulfillment. * Strong computer, data entry, and internet research skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Inside sales: 1 year (Required) * Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required) * Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred) * Order picking: 1 year (Preferred) * Research: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
