Overview
This role is the backbone of our events team -- the person who keeps everything connected, moving, and on. We're seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator / Assistant Event Producer who blends admin precision with event curiosity. This is a hands-on role with real exposure, clear growth potential, and a front-row seat to luxury weddings and social events. What You 'll Do
- Manage and coordinate vendor and client email communication
- Distribute weekly BEO packets to internal departments
- Assist with BEO updates, revisions, and accuracy checks
- Support floorplan creation and event layouts
- Conduct in-person site tours when needed
- Provide day-of event support wherever it's most impactful
- Assist Sales and Events Managers with administrative and operational needs
- Act as a connector between sales, operations, culinary, and banquet teams What We 're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset
- Interest in weddings, events, and hospitality operations
- Can suit an entry-level candidate eager to grow or a seasoned professional who prefers a behind-the-scenes, structured 9-5 role
- Experience with event software (Tripleseat a plus, not required) Scope & Growth This role is flexible by design and can be shaped around the right candidate.
