Hospice RN-Community Liaison. We are one of the top Hospice care providers in the State of Rhode Island and we are*GROWING*! The daily responsibilities as part of this role: * Daily face-to-face visits with Physicians, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. * Daily interaction with your fellow sales and clinical team members. * Advocating and educating to assigned referral source prospects to make connections to patients and families in need of support from our incredible clinical team. * Documenting sales call activity for manager review, weekly. * Achieving assigned goals each month. Qualifications * Outside Sales experience is a must. * A self-starter who is coachable and open to improving their healthcare sales knowledge. * Solid organizational skills. * Experience in health care marketing in hospice care/Home Health preferred. * Bachelor's degree or similar preferred.
