We're searching for an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative who's ready to take the wheel and help fuel our continued growth. Your mission: build strong relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver custom solutions in residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and services. (And yes--we now offer manual and motorized garage screens, toobut garage doors are our bread and butter!) What You 'll Do: Generate & Convert Leads * Master Proven Sales Strategies: Use time-tested sales techniques to consistently close deals. * Conduct Estimates & Canvass: Handle incoming leads and hit the streets to uncover new business. * Sell Our Full Line: Garage door services, residential and commercial doors, openers, maintenance--and our new line of garage screens. * Engage Homeowners: Go door-to-door sharing the value of our products and services. * Crush Your Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Build Lasting Relationships * Cultivate strong, positive relationships that turn customers into lifelong fans. * Proactively connect with past clients to identify new opportunities. * Forge partnerships with builders to expand our market presence. Represent the Brand * Attend trade shows and industry events to boost brand visibility and generate new leads. Collaborate & Strategize * Work hand-in-hand with the GM and leadership team to shape winning sales strategies. * Use upselling techniques to maximize revenue within your accounts. * Manage the full sales cycle--from first contact to closing--ensuring accurate documentation all the way through. What We 're Looking ForProven Sales Success * A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in outside sales. Energetic & Self-Driven * A proactive communicator who thrives on connecting with customers and building relationships. Tech-Savvy * Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and comfort with modern digital tools. Industry Passion * Interest or experience in the garage door industry is a plus! Mobile & Flexible * A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within local markets...Brevard, Indian River & St. Lucie County What We Offer Competitive Compensation * Earning potential of $55,000 to $95,000+ per year.....
