M iramar Car Center is looking for a experience sales team member. We are looking for someone who will add professionalism, production, and loyalty to the company. We do not have a flooded floor with 20 salesman, we keep a small sales team so everyone can make a healthy paycheck. Leads are directly transferred to you and there is no BDC or Internet sales manager taking all the leads. In addition, we receive lots of foot traffic considering our beautiful location right off the 15 freeway on Miramar Road. We have a wide variety of inventory from high end, electric and trucks. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. * Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and follow up on prospects. * Collaborate with the dealership team to maintain inventory and assist with marketing efforts. * Uphold excellent customer service and communication standards throughout the sales process. Qualifications * Proven dealership experience in automotive sales * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency in retail sales and outbound sales techniques * Ability to negotiate and manage sales pipelines * Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management * Experience in upselling and high-end sales strategies * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Parental leave * Referral program Ability to Commute: * San Diego, CA 92126 (Required) Work Location: In person
