We 're looking for an Entry Level Frontier Assistant who is: * Self-motivated and confident in working independently or with the Entry Level Frontier Assistant team * Skilled at initiating conversations and building trust with local customers and homeowners * Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets * Eager to learn about the evolving telecom industry and residential service solutions * Comfortable handling both cold outreach and warm lead follow-ups * Organized, efficient, and ready to guide customers through the full sales process Your responsibilities as an Entry Level Frontier Assistant will include: * Representing Frontier's internet and communication solutions to customers and homeowners in the Tampa area * Conducting in-person outreach to understand each household's connectivity needs * Educating customers on Frontier's high-speed internet, VoIP, and data solutions designed for residential use * Presenting pricing, plan comparisons, and feature breakdowns clearly to help customers make informed decisions * Managing all aspects of the sales process, from first contact to closing and post-sale support * Building long-term customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and satisfaction Training and Advancement: You don 't need a background in telecom to succeed as an Entry Level Frontier Assistant.
