Full description of the position

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Restoration Manager to drive commercial and insurance-based relationships within the restoration industry. This role is strictly B2B --focused on building, managing, and expanding partnerships with Restoration teams,insurance carriers, TPAs, adjusters, property managers,commercial accounts etc. This position is ideal for a confident closer and relationship builder who understands how to navigate professional stakeholders, negotiate service agreements, and grow long-term referral pipelines. Key Responsibilities * Develop and expand B2B partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and warm calling * Manage and grow existing commercial and insurance relationships to drive consistent referral volume * Lead B2B sales efforts, including negotiations, presentations, and service agreement discussions * Represent the company with adjusters, property managers, vendors, and commercial clients * Collaborate with marketing to support targeted B2B outreach and brand positioning * Track pipelines, contacts, and account activity using Salesforce and CRM platforms * Identify market trends and opportunities for service expansion within B2B channels * Work cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to ensure service alignment * Maintain professional communication with all partners to ensure strong, long-term relationships Qualifications * Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management * Experience selling services in insurance, restoration, construction, or technical industries * Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable working with carriers, TPAs, adjusters, and commercial stakeholders * CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) * Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze pipeline performance and market opportunities * Restoration industry experience is a plus but not required Why This Role * Strictly B2B-focused -- no residential sales * High-impact role with direct influence on company growth * Competitive base pay with upside incentives * Autonomy to build and manage your own book of business * Leadership visibility and long-term advancement potential Job Details Type: Full-Time Work Location: In-Person Benefits * 401(k) * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
