Product Specialist Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership in Southern California, with five locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. Our subsidiary, El Cajon Harley-Davidson , is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join our team. Essential Functions: * Track all customers and leads in CRM * Meet minimum sales goal requirement * Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs * Engage and assist every customer that enters the dealership with exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer. * Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction. * Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs. * Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary. * Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership. Schedule: Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.
