KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist Sales Representatives and customers with shipping information or information on old orders. * Assist inside Sales personnel as need. * Distribute incoming and send outgoing faxes in the Sales department on a timely basis. * Maintain fax numbers for Sales and Aerovent fax machines and group numbers. * Maintain and locate Twin City Fan, Vento & Clarage files for sales staff and other departments. * Perform switchboard/reception duties as needed. * Assist with literature (making and packaging catalogs) as needed. * Act, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values. * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous switchboard/receptionist experience a plus. * Excellent verbal communication skills * Ability to work with minimum supervision * Proficient in the use of standard office software programs and equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: * Standard office environment * Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds * Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach * Ability to work extended hours sitting at a computer As a Sales Assistant you will be offered pay of $21/hour-$25/hour dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
