MEDICARE SALES MANAGER - CLEARWATER, FL OFFICE - NOW HIRING! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medicare Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of Medicare sales agents. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, results-driven culture. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on Medicare sales experience and a passion for developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Medicare sales agents
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed goals
• Monitor sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline management
• Ensure adherence to Medicare compliance and CMS guidelines
• Assist with agent onboarding, training, and ongoing development
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and growth initiatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medicare sales agent experience
• Minimum 1 year of sales leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Medicare products and regulations
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
