Overview We are seeking a dedicated Retail Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial services and providing exceptional customer service. You will need to communicate effectively to serve a variety of customers. Excellent people skills and patience are critical to this postition. We also expect you to be confident, reliable and quick to resolve issues. Job locations include Wooster, Marshallville and Rittman. Responsibilities - Assist customers with various banking transactions - Answer phones and be able to problem solve and provide guidance for customers - Utilize financial software to input and track customer information - Provide information on financial products and services offered by the bank - Perform 10 key typing accurately and efficiently - Conduct basic math calculations for transactions -Cross-sell products and services -Approach and sign on new customers -Handle customer complaints and solve problems Experience Required Skills: - Proficiency in 10 key typing and basic math - Knowledge of financial services and banking operations Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience as a Retail Banker or sales - Ability to work with financial software If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong math aptitude and a passion for the banking industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Retail Banker.
