Full description of the position
Summary: We are actively seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an individual with a go-getter attitude who wants to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, W-2 employee position focused on outside sales. You will be engaging with customers directly through *business-to-business (B2B), door-to-door, and event-based sales. Our current clients consist of AT &T and other high speed fiber optic internet providers. What you will be selling: Streaming , wireless , and fiber internet services to existing / new customers. Compensation & Benefits: * Weekly Base Pay plus Uncapped Commission: Full-time employees receive a weekly base pay in addition to commission and weekly bonuses. * Paid Training: Comprehensive, paid training is provided to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed. Training is in person and virtually on a zoom call over a four week period. * Benefits: This role includes PTO, health benefits, and company tablet. * Weekly and monthly travel opportunities are also provided Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Outside Sales: Spend your day in the field engaging with customers face-to-face at their homes, businesses, and local events. * Targeted Lead List: Engage with customers on a pre-qualified lead list provided daily. * Territory Management: Effectively manage a sales territory within the greater Greenville area while using the most cutting edge AI programs & CRM tools. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new customer accounts. * Team Collaboration: Participate in daily team meetings via Zoom and collaborate with a highly motivated team. Qualifications: * Comfortable working with people face-to-face, both at their homes and businesses. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Coachability and a willingness to learn. * Confidence in working independently and as part of a team. * Bachelors Degree preferred. * Full English speaker preferred. * Business Professional / Casual dress code. Weekly Schedule: * 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Team Meeting over Zoom * 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM in Person on Site * Monday - Friday * Saturday as needed If you are looking for a business that has proven results and plays to win - we look forward to meeting you!
