Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Attend and manage seller appointments throughout your territory (leads provided). * Inspect, comp, and evaluate residential properties to determine fair offers. * Negotiate purchase agreements directly with homeowners. * Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversions. * Collaborate with acquisitions leadership to hit and exceed monthly goals. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of direct-to-consumer or outside sales experience (car, RV, solar, etc). * Strong closer who thrives in high-pressure, high-reward environments. * Self-starter with solid communication and negotiation skills. * Passionate about personal growth, teamwork, and winning together.
