Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative supports regional customers through direct sales and customer service while driving account growth and new opportunities. This role involves proactive outreach via phone, email, social media, and occasional customer visits, working closely with both field and corporate contacts to deliver technical products and solutions and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Create and manage quotes, opportunities, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM * Follow up on quotes and opportunities to drive revenue growth * Communicate order status and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction * Retain and grow existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities and key customer contacts * Maintain strong product and application knowledge, including competitive comparisons * Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to support account strategies * Meet KPIs related to efficiency, close rates, responsiveness, and proactive customer engagement * Maintain pricing, margin, and win/loss data to support performance analysis * Participate in ongoing training and complete expense reporting as needed Qualifications * High School Diploma required * Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Proven customer service and relationship-building skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools * Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams * Experience in automation, oil & gas, or technical sales environments preferred * Understanding of power, communication, measurement, and control systems a plus Work Environment & Travel * Professional office environment with hybrid flexibility (office and remote) * Business casual attire required at times * Occasional travel may be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
