Are you a motivated, bilingual professional looking for a stable part-time opportunity in the insurance industry? Our growing agency in Sarasota is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Agent to join our team! In this role, you will assist our community with their insurance needs, provide excellent customer service, and help expand our client base. Schedule: * Part-Time: 24 hours per week. * Hours: Monday to Saturday, 4 hours per day (Schedule is flexible and open to discussion based on candidate availability) * Location: In-person at our Sarasota office. Pay & Benefits: * Base Pay: $14.00 per hour * Commissions: Generous commission structure for new policies (Uncapped!). * Growth: Opportunity to grow within the agency. Requirements: * Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required). * License: Active Florida Insurance License (4-40 or 2-20) preferred, or willingness to obtain one. * Experience: Customer service or sales experience is a plus. * Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and basic computer skills.
