Retail Sales Associate Duties: * Process orders and prepare products for shipment worldwide * Answer all customer questions and address concerns while providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers * Opening and closing of our retail store * Handle all transactions with accuracy * Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner * Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products * Maintain the appearance of all displays, tidying and restocking as needed * Participate in inventorying, stocking, and ordering as needed * May be delegated the responsibility of updating and maintaining company social media accounts * Compliance with company safety protocol and procedures * Attend Pop-Up Events on behalf of DGPilot Skills: -Outgoing personality preferred - Strong cash handling skills - Proficient in retail math calculations - Knowledge of technical sales and wireless products - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets - Bilingual skills (preferred) - Ability to demonstrate product features to customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Attention to detail in stocking and organizing merchandise -Basic computer skills and ability to use applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
