We're obsessed with transforming workspaces into places where people want to be. * What You 'll Do As a Sales Rep, you'll act as a trusted advisor matching our innovative workspace solutions to each client's vision, goals, and budget. You'll: * Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients * Consult with clients to understand their workspace needs and offer strategic solutions * Drive growth by actively networking, prospecting, and closing deals * Present proposals, product demos, and tailored recommendations with confidence * Ensure smooth execution from project kickoff to post-installation follow-up * Stay current on product innovations and trends in office design * Embrace creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-first mindset * What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of B2B sales experience (especially outside sales), but we're open to high-potential candidates with strong people skills * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals * Comfort with CRM tools and sales tracking software * Self-starter with a team-player attitude * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Job Details Type: Full-Time / In-person Location: Des Moines, IA Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 base + commission (uncapped earning potential!)
