The Role We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives to support our senior sales team and help deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and building a career in the live events or AV industry. This is a 100% in-office position with daily collaboration in a fast- paced, professional environment. Responsibilities * Support Senior Account Managers with sales and client communication * Respond to client inquiries and perform needs analysis * Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation * Maintain CRM data and sales records * Coordinate with sales, operations, and production teams * Ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction * Build strong relationships with new and existing clients Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, hospitality, events, or technical fields * Strong communication and writing skills * Highly organized with attention to detail * Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude * Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment * Willingness to learn and grow * Technical aptitude is an asset * Ability to travel occasionally Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission * Full benefits package * 401(k) with company matching * Paid time off * Career growth opportunities Candidates must be local to be considered.
