Brand Ambassador / Sales Leader AGO Brien Plumbing & Heating At AGO Brien, sales is not about pushing product, it is about protecting the integrity of our work, our people, and our reputation. This role is for a professional who understands that how we sell is just as important as what we sell. The Brand Ambassador / Sales Leader represents AGO Brien in the field, in the community, and with partners. This individual leads the sales process while ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of Duty, Artisanship, Honor, Levity, Valiance, and Emotional Intelligence. Compensation This is a salaried position with commission: * Base Salary + Commission: $30,000 -$60,000 per year, depending on experience, performance, and territory growth. * Commission structure is designed to reward ethical, relationship-driven sales and long-term customer success -- not transactional volume. What This Role Stands For This is not a transactional sales position. This is a leadership role responsible for: * Representing the brand with integrity * Building long-term relationships rooted in trust * Protecting quality, scope, and execution * Ensuring a seamless customer experience beyond the signed contract We are seeking someone who believes in doing things the right way, even when it's harder. Key Responsibilities Brand Leadership & Values * Uphold AGO Brien's core values in all customer, vendor, and team interactions. * Represent the organization with professionalism, humility, confidence, and integrity. * Act as a steward of the brand, prioritizing long-term reputation over short-term wins. Sales Leadership & Customer Experience * Lead the sales process from first contact through project transition, ensuring clarity, trust, and alignment. * Build authentic rapport by educating customers on products, services, and the long-term value of quality workmanship. * Create accurate, ethical, and complete sales proposals that reflect proper scope, code compliance, and best practices. * Follow up on bids, leads, and accounts according to company standards. Project Alignment & Accountability * Coordinate closely with Service Managers, Installation Managers, and field teams to ensure smooth project handoff. * Conduct site visits when needed to evaluate estimate accuracy, project outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. * Participate in job reports and after-action reviews to track costs, execution, and customer satisfaction. * Maintain responsibility for warranty work and follow-up on projects with performance concerns. Vendor, Partner & Community Engagement * Solicit subcontractor and vendor pricing while ensuring scope accuracy and quality standards. * Represent AGO Brien at trade shows, community events, parades, and professional organizations. * Build and maintain relationships with facility managers and strategic partners. * Travel and represent the company in new territories as needed. Marketing, Growth & Team Development * Coordinate with leadership on marketing campaigns and service growth strategies. * Support relationship-based business development rather than transactional selling. * Assist in hiring and talent acquisition as the department grows. Systems & Professional Development * Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation. * Participate in ongoing training on industry technologies, codes, and best practices.
