We are looking for motivated Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team and help customers find their perfect vehicle. Job Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget. * Provide product knowledge on features, warranties, and financing options. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. * Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing customers. * Meet and exceed dealership sales goals. * Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. * Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Qualifications: * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
