We're looking for a motivated, community-driven independent Insurance Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference locally, while helping clients secure the right coverage for their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you'll not only help people protect what matters but also be a key player in community outreach and engagement. Compensation: $66,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: * Guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage that best meets their needs * Participate in, sponsor, or volunteer for community events that align with our values * Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions * Build relationships with local organizations (schools, farm organizations, chambers of commerce) to identify partnership opportunities * Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements Qualifications: * Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Proven track record of being a self-starter * Passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact * A background or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a plus * Insurance and sales experience a plus About Company On May 1, 1947, a group of Idaho farmers and ranchers founded an insurance company.
