Full description of the position

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and focus on selling VeriScan and ParseLink, our industry- leading ID scanning and identity verification software solutions. This role is responsible for taking inbound inquiries and follow ups from tradeshows and conferences, and converting them into paying customers. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in expanding the adoption of our solutions across industries including hospitality, retail, cannabis, gaming, transportation, and financial services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent cutting-edge products in identity verification, document authentication, and data automation. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads, understand business requirements, and position VeriScan and ParseLink as the right solutions for ID scanning, visitor management, and compliance workflows. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of VeriScan ID scanning software (real-time ID authentication, visitor management, age verification, fraud detection) and ParseLink (data parsing, integration with POS and CRM systems, automated customer onboarding) with the ability to perform a basic demo, and answer most common product questions. Maintain knowledge of our fleet of ID scanning hardware. Understand the right hardware for handheld ID scanning, basic data automation, and full ID authentication, and be able to quickly guide customers through the purchase journey. Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot CRM with excellent sales hygiene. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Collaborate with account managers and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Leverage product knowledge to help clients comply with age restrictions, fraud prevention requirements, and data security mandates. Monitor competitive products and position VeriScan and ParseLink as the leading ID scanning software solutions in the market. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales experience in B2B technology and/or SaaS Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales automation tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and build trust with clients. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
